I just installed a new dish for BEV. was able to scan all the channels for 91 but it is stuck on autoroll processing

please help

which rec do u have?
may be keys are rolling , check first if new bin for what ever rec do u have its working for bev...
let it autoroll for few minutes some times it take longer time to roll...
if still doesn't work, do a hard boot (turn off ur rec from back switch , turn it on again)..
it should work..
for new keys google it.
type bev keys etc..but check first if new bin is good for bev, leave the autoroll on....

I am using viewsat platinum and the bin is OK for both DN and BEV my DN is working fine.

Even with the new keys it says n0 audio or video

I suggest U reinput the correct Bev 91 antenna settings into the receiver, and do a reboot off/on with rear switch..

Is it on Bev dish?
If yes
go to menu
installation
antenna setup 0000 pin code
you must see and setup this

Satellite Nimiq 1,3 91W
LNB Power - on
LNB Type - standard
LNB Freq - 11250
22 Khz - off
Tp Freq - 12224
Diseqc 1.o - none
Motor - none
Legacy switch - none
Exit and save

now go to autoscan
on scan start press OK
save it

It supposed to work now

Oh i see you have both Dn and Bev
change Diseqc to the port you have connected your LNB for Bev
How is the signal and Quality?

I have already changed it to the right port

Signal = 75
Quality = 82

I have also already tried the settings you have mentioned above. I must be missing something which I cannot figure out.

Total channels scanned is 427 and it also does show me the bell guide/information channel but none of the other channels work.

The autoroll can take 8 minutes to work.

On Bev I can only see bell info channel but nothing else. DN is working fine.

I havw left autoroll running for many hours but nothing happens tried putting the keys manually as well.

Note your dish sat setup and do a factory default
Load last bin and setup and rescan all sat
keep autoroll on

Reply if it doesnt work

If you can pickup the Free Channel
Bell guide/info.but not the paid channels
check the keys.

I cannot understand everything looks right yet it is not working.

try it:
All viewsat box
"Write your sat info before"
Go to Code menu
Select Nagra and on Dish 01 06 00 Dish 00 01 00 dish 01 01 00
Delete this 3 provider one by one with F3 on remote
"NEW" do same thing with all provider on Bev provider
09 07 00
09 06 00
09 05 00
09 01 00
08 01 00
no need to delete keys
switch off 10 secs on back panel
"New" do a factory default
and load last bin for your box
turn autoroll on
Keep on
Bin and autoroll regenerete keys
Resolve problem with lost channel , autoroll, freeze and search signal


Do setup on each sat and auto scan on each sat after for recover all channel
"Dont do a blind no need"
"Dont load factory bin"

Thats erase bad data in the box
For box who lost channel and sat setup
ENJOY TV

TESTED and work fine
New issue for problem on Viewsat

I had the same problem and let it autoroll for a few minutes and in just two minutes or so it came back. I have VS Platinum.

Yes it is on autoroll again, I have left it on autoroll for hours but no change.

Try to switch LNB with the LNB for dish.
I dont know what doing with this problem.

Plymouth, I connected Ultra from my friend and BEV works fine.

Is there anything I need to change on my Viewsat Platinum.

dunadundun when i ask to you to delete all provider, do you delete provider or just the keys inside provider?

I see this problem many times with Dn but on Bev never
Go to a Viewsat seller them help you
Without your box in hand, its very difficult to recover it.

Try to unplug for 24 hours for delete backup memory
