Bronze Member Username: LearndishPost Number: 15 Registered: May-06 | Hello Everyone, I had a Pansat 2500A/Flu; I was trying to scan the satelite but its can only scan to 16% and then the receiver is just seating there, event if i left it scanning for hours. The scanning status bar keep moving from the left to the right 1 bar by 1 bar and then start over when reached to the end. Here is what I did: 1.Download bin Jvvh_54 into the receiver. 2.Set the Time, Date, Closed Caption to "OFF" 3.Do the "Blin Scan" Many thanks for your advices. |

If she wishes to divulge information as she have done in the past - that is her prerogative. As far as I am concerned, anything she did on orders of a legally constituted Court or Tribunal is part of a citizen's duty and she cannot be persecuted or lynched for it. Citizen's duty to the state also applies to laying information to the police about any fraud such as the ftaprosupport fraud she reported and it is her duty to report or confess as the case may be. |

Teh b75 BOOT is a boot used for Pansat 2700 The b75 boot for Pansat 2500 to 2700 is different (because it is compressed) and that is what we are talking about - not the b75 boot for Pansat 2700. The main effort is to release space for BINs that are getting larger and larger. BINs sit of top of BOOTs. If you have an old Pansat 2500 or a Fortec Ultra or a similar 2500 clone, you can convert to Pansat 2700 workalike. You have two choices - install BOOT b75 and continue with b75 BINs (there are 5-6 256 Conversion BINs avaialbe) or you can install PUFF BOOT an duse PUFF 256 Conversion BINs - there are 4 available right now. **--..**--..**--..**--..**--..**--..**--..**--.. Look at http://public.box.net/2500_full_kit You must select whether you want to have the old b75 files or the new PUFF files. If you have b75 boot, you must convert to PUFF boot to use PUFF BINs. First you think of LK as a great helper and people are bing unreasonable to her - and you attempt to bring peace. Then you soon discover that there are just too many "friends" begging him to stay _ all different Nicks of LK. Then she makes some preposterous and wrong posts and you begin to wonder - "is LK saying this?". Then she makes acusations against posters who are essentially helpers. Then she singles out one to attack. Then she accuses him of being some many people - basically anybody supporting this person is in LK's opinion just another name. You begin to suspect that she is just reflecting her own methods and problems and assigning them to her new "enemy". This is when her strategy failed with me. She desperately tried to prove that I was 10 different people and could not. She complained to the management and wanted me thrown out and nobody threw me out. She complained to the posters like you that I was giving false advice and never to follow my advice and people continued to follow mine and other people's advice. She expected that I would fade away like the others had and I did not. Then she pretended to leave the forum expecting people would clamour for her and people did not - the forum ran smoothly without her. she has done this act of leaving at least 6 times before. Then she makes a come back and people shout out how nice of her to come back - mostly these are her own nicks. and the real people - only a few welcome her back. The cycle starts again. You can see that happen against Plymouth in the last 2 months - suddenly Plymouth is seen as an enemy because he knows his stuff. suddenly he is portrayed as the same person as me - it is laughable idiocy or real paranoia. Basically LK is a psychotic who should be in a mental hospital. I should know, because I have dealt with many people like here. I have always taken the stance and continue the same way - she is a mentally sick person who should be encouraged to seek psychiatric help. Have YOU ever know in real life, a person (except an actor) take on more than 20 names? That is waht she admitted 3 years ago and there have been many more names since. |

From your public box I downloaded Full_Kit_PUFF_LZMA_258B, the included instructions in this file and the ones I have read in other forums to be honest seem a bit difficult to follow or maybe is my own lack of experience. It says to use GTRom loader 27.02 (or equivalent) to load up the file Lzma-boot-loth(PUFF.).bin(64k), now because I have a converted 2500 clone I was trying to use GTRom Loader v3.32.exe which I believe is the right loader for my device, here is the problem, this loader asks me for the STB Model and what ever I have tried it says "Wrong STB model", believe me I have tried many variations of the model name and nothing works, because of this I can not update my STB. Here is my question, Is there another loader I can use to convert my STB to accept the new PUFF bins??? The reason I ask is because I don't want screw up my STB. Any input you can provide will be appreciated. P.S. Your info and advice have always proven solid, keep up the good work. |

At present, that is the ONLY LIMITED USE of loader 27.02 I would recommend under those extreme circumstances. |

Seems to me that the coders are still tinkering with this new PUFF standard, after all it is still experimental, I think it would be prudent to wait some time until they get it just the way they like it, and then the rest of us can follow them. |
