I'm a newbie to satellites, so please bear with me. I have a Viewsat Ultra 2000 and did a factory reset. What is the proper order to get the channels back on? I did the following, but couldn't pick up Channel 200 (CNN) or the HBO channels.
1. did factory reset in menu 2. installed new firmware v131 3. installed latest bin PFTAUSW-080211U 4. auto-scanned echostar 7 (came up with approx 300 channels) 5. auto-scanned echostar 8,10 (came up with another approx 300 channels)
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
