I went to ftasolution.blogspot.com found where it said pansat 2700a genuine download. I download bin 233 then loaded it to my reciever up and working again

I loaded the 233bin on my Pansat 2700A and waited for it to load complete before I turned it off. Now the light in the front panel just moves back and forth and it doesn't turn on. Any suggestions?
