The problem is a "bug" within the new bin so I do not think loading older bin's will correct it. Some users are reporting some luck turning off autoroll you may want to try that...We will all just have to wait the coders are aware of the bug so i expect a update soon.. |

I followed the following suggestion and I hope to work: turn both closed caption and autoroll off. I will report to you back if this will solve the freeze problem. |

There is no fix as of yet. Those who are not freezing, give it time it will freeze if not, you are a ghost to DN. |

I don't know if that will make much of a difference to the problems that stem from the original Pansat 2700 bin but it's worth a try. If you do try, please provide feedback if you can. |

You need to learn how to save a channel list using Channel Master (it's so easy a cave man could do it) and save yourself a lot of hard work and headaches. With a saved channel list, you're up and running in a matter of seconds after installing a new bin. Do it now. Get the Channel Master, for free, from SharpC (google it) and save your list before installing the new bin. |

Gold Member Username: NydasPost Number: 6440 Registered: Jun-06 | All the four BINs are interchangeble - in fact they are interchangeable with previous version of CS_ and jvvh_. You can overwrite one with the other any time. You will lose all your setups and will have to redo default keys, TV setup and antenna setup and Power scan. I do not recommend channel lists because they are more prone to cause freeze ups. Use power scan. |
