Pansat 2500a jtag..running wall application

im trying to jtag my dead receiver....when i run the wall mfc application..it gives me an error saying "could not acquire I/O. Windows NT/2k users must have administrative rights" ....what does this mean????????

Sounds like you are using a non-admin account trying logging in under you computers administrator account. You might also try checking your firewall and any anti virus software settings for remote connection i/o permissions.


and/or goto in to bios and check your parallel port settings make sure it's configured for bi-directional.


Try starting there first

i am logged on to my pc as the administratir and everything is configured..still no luck..

right click wall .exe, click properties and change the compatibilty to windows 98 .

see if that helps.
