A) When you convert your Pansat from 2500 to 2700 and now you do a factory settings, how can anyone tell which one shows up?
B) Just like a face conversion, the face changes but, not the body.
C) Maybe they came up with this conversion to finally get these boxes off the street. This is business,they can't make any money unless they sell their new Receivers,so why this free conversion kit. you are not paying this coder,so who is? Saying all this, it goes to show that the Pansat is a hell of receiver, but nothing last forever.
If we don't support these peoples and buy their Receivers which most of them sell for less then $150.00 dollars, there will be NO FTA TV. Who do you think will pay these coders? Your choice, you can pay now or pay Charlie and Bev later.

Sorry but jvvh is a true hobbist. He has been playing around with the sti5518 for a while there was a huge section on CCC where it all started. It was never for $$ it was always for the challenge and for kind of beating the Blacklist camp.
Goes back to killer bin days when they messed up and took out some original pansat's like they say pay back a b!tch.
Right after the blacklist clone killer bins is when the section on CCC took off. There was a lot of active users working on removing the clone killer routines.
Then pansat droped the 2500 a little while back so jvvh and small group once again stepped up and starting working on converting the 2700 files to run on the 2500's
