what can we do to our ariza's if there's no sign of mingo anywhere... no fix for 26-10 ecm yet!!!!! even the smallest player in the mkt has the fix for the latest ecm but ariza700, what a disgraceful situation..anyways my only request to all of u is: to let us know if we can convert this unit to something else..like pan*, cool*, view* clones or no i've heard a lot of talk of FLU's being converted to some other make n models.. so what about our ariza700 ??? plz. help
I think it will come... when I havent a clue. I have not seen a conversion for these. But I think Nalin knows much more on these outdated receivers. I tell u though... I would start thinking about getting a new box. For 150, u can get a top notch box. Fixes will come much faster. Urs could be phased out soon anyway.
I saw some ariza files at dsstester.c0m. I have no idea if they are old or not, I am not familiar with their format, but they have file name of h26102007 298eu(n)
The last bin for Ariza was 2.99 and that is quite old now. I had Ariza for 1 and half year and than i decided to buy a Viewsat Ultra and since my last 7-8 months I am a very happy man. Though i still have Ariza in my 2nd room but its jsut for a backup now. Though i would have extra money i will buy some other set.
Mingo usually relases the bin for Ariza after 3-4 weeks. So wait till next week or buy a new one just like me.
BTW.. if U use the 299e (no PPV's etc) for now, just manually input the keys, if they won't autoroll....
Ariza 700:
1. Press Menu 2. Scroll Down to Parental Control, Press Enter 3. Press "i" key on remote, then enter pin number "2004" 4. Scroll down to Set Default Key, Press Enter 5. Scroll up to Nagravision, Press Enter 6. Press VOL Right twice, you will see Dish Network 7. Press CH Down once, then VOL Right Twice, you will now see Nagravision 2 displayed top left You are now at the key 00, Press CH Down once so you can edit the Key Data 8. Enter your new keys (write down the old ones to be safe) 9. Press Ok to store, then repeat with key 01 10. Press exit until you get back to tv, all channels will be available
Can we see international channels (indian channels) with bin 299? If so, can anyone upload the file here? I'm new in this forum and will appreciate your help.
