i have pansat 2700E.i have uploader and bin file i need.i don't have desktop.laptop doesn't have port for RS232C cable.I got another cable to connect from usb to RS232C cable that connects to receiver.I am trying to download but it says 0% for while.How long it should take to download? Can somebody help me please????
