The VIEWSAT VSPRO is the newest and most powerful Free To Air Receiver from Viewsat! This PVR ready receiver was initially designed to be a dual tuner PVR so the GUI was created with PVR functionality in mind. In order to make this unit more affordable, it was redesigned to have a single tuner with the option of adding an external Hard Drive through one of the two USB ports. The VSPRO uses a blazing 260MHz ST Processor, 32 Mb SDRAM, and has 2 USB ports (one in the front and one in the rear).

Conaxsat get 2 thumbs up! And since support is coming from BL's site, you know it's gotta be good!

Now, when you girls are ready to play with the big boys, check out the Dreambox 7020!

VS video quality over all is poor
But that VSPRO it looks like they finally got it right

Conaxsat got great electronics not as high as VSPRO
But maybe better in features/options about $20 less than VSPRO

Either one blow away Ultra, Platinum and Xtreme
Specs to Both VSPRO and Conaxsat are about same
But I will still go with VSPRO if I'm in the market looking for best unit

Dreambox over priced
Yo have to be out of your mind to pay twice as much for Standard definition receiver
If that is what yo want to spend yo might as well get the HDMI VS9000HD true progressive scan 480p/720p and up to 1080i
