I have a Mit VS7085 born March 1996, it has been a fantastic tv and I love the 70" screen but it is getting so dark it is hard to watch some programs now. I have the brightness all the way up. Is there a do it yourself fix, is it cheap enough to have fixed or do I go shopping for a new tv. I've never figured out how to get it apart to clean the morror either. If there is a fix I'd appreciate any info. If I can fix it I'd like to also find an original remote if there is one out there.
