I am hoping someone can tell me how to fix the red halo like outline that I have on my screen. The Halo has the shape of a outline of a Hersheys Kiss, and it goes aroune the bottom and sides of the screen and terminates in a point up to same as a Kiss would. Its most visible when the picture background is white. Is this a common problem? What is it called? I have found a way to get to the service menu of the set. Could anyone tell me if I can fix this from there? Thank you in advance.
