Key morphing has been a plague to Pansat 2500 clones. Do a "Set default keys", then let the keys roll in. Switch off at back and on again after 30 seconds. If unsuccessful, turn autoroll off and after set default keys, install both Key 00 and Key 01 for 0901 and for 0101 provider IDs. After it is working, keep autoroll off, and turn it on only when needed. I also suggest you keep autotp off - it is usually a pain in the neck.
