Can't download lastest file to my viewsat platinum from my pc......I click on loader 2 make sure i'm on the right com port, click open files, double click the lastest file then click pc->stb then turn on my viewsat....the loader 2 file just flashes and will not load, anybody heard of this problem? Please help
