Hey King,Do you have any info on the inline amps causing switches to become defective when installed before the switches?I know ppl say closest to the lnb, but then I would need a dozen and more cable connections, which isn't a good thing for db lose.

Actually it is a small camera. It is cool isn't?
The bottom part is an alligator clip/stand
I don't have this camera yet. But I'm very impressed with its specifications.

SatScanner
Few basics to consider
- Never install inline signal Amp before DISEqC
- Always ground coupler or Misc Coax switches
- Use good crimped connectors
- Must use quality cables like RG-6 Quad

I always recommend RG-6 quad shield not RG-6 double shield. DB loss is due to electromagnetic waves interference. Superior shield will limit DB loss tremendously NO NEED TO KEEP IT CLOSE TO RECEIVER. In fact keep DISEqC close to LNB Save lots of cables, ground metal case won't give any hard time.

yes
Best webcam in the market
But it is not broadcast quality

NTSC is 720x480
i.e. 90% as good as Camcorders
Auto night vision (look for 6 LEDs)
They glow in the dark providing better vision for darker rooms

You'll be impressed

That is a cool piece

But do you know it says QPSK wave and MPEG-2 Video main profile
Doesn't make sense

I don't think it decodes DTV
But I think it is the coolest VUSat

Use a dp34 with 3 of 22kz switches to get 6 sats on 4 recievers.Dp34 is a true diseqc switch,so should work with 22kz,now how well they work together with dp lnb's and standard lnb's is the second question.

Hey scanner

This switch is being used now by DTV
4 Sats
2 normal polarity switching
2 22kz polarity switching
No additional power required

Test on your risk I never tried it
But according to specs should work straight forward if setup correctly in antenna

DTV has been using 22kz switches for many YEARS!...U must make receiver settings corrections (ON/Off) when using these switches...

Allows you to receive signals from 2 different satellites, combining them and connecting up to 4 receivers.
Works for all FTA receivers (e.g. VUsat, Koolsat, Paansat) and DTV receivers.
No power supply is required as the IRD's voltage is passed to the desired LNB.
Since the desired LNB is powered (switched by 0KHz or 22KHz), the IRD's power supply is not overloaded.
Mainly just for 2 sats according to manufacturing specs
