hi i need some help i have foretecstar ultra and the problem is I don't get b4u and ppv any more i use to get them before and It been long time and know my dad tell me 2 sumhow get them back can any1 help me sum 1 told me to try going back to bin 281 i tried doesnt work i still dont get them and help would be appricated
