If anyone has access to echo 1, 148o check TP 12355, especially CBS ch.7678. Scrambled or bad channel!! (a few of them) VS Platinum wont even pick them up on a scan! Also down on CS and PS. You can get them with VS by setting up Galaxy 11C and entering the TP info: 12355 H 20000 5/6 and doing a TP scan, but they still wont open.
