Many of the new BINs have the globecast option already built in under Nagravision 2, as ID 0C 01. Some Bins may not have this ID built in, but you may see FF FF as you right arrow through ID and you can edit it to change to 0C 01 and proceed and see if it works. Don't forget to save. |

They are however checking for autoroll routines. The B1 they are using is effecting all forms of testing. It is unknown whether new bins will be released to address this at this time. Remeber...Shut off autoroll and put in todays keys. If it goes black again...check for newer keys to manually enter. New blockers are being worked on for plastic. |

I tried turning the reciever on and off, my autoroll is "off" I've tried many blind scans but still no luck.It's difficult to understand since some of the globecast channels are still working. If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it very much thanks. |

Just got home from work and turned on the tube and things were down. So I read this thread. It's kind of random, latest DISH keys seem to be working for some, but not for others. I turned autoroll off, but even with it on I wasn't getting the 09 -> 18 change that others see. Just wondering if anyone else is still in the dark with latest keys on this thread. |

New member Username: HanzPost Number: 9 Registered: Oct-06 | S'up lads? The usually untrustworthy Pansat 2500 clone is running smoothly as I type. I did have a situation going on earlier where in key 01, the codes kept automatically changing and I kept losing the picture. You remember? 09 kept changing to 18? Well to combat that, I turned off the autoroll. Now it's not an issue(at least not right now). I also had a situation concerning some of the indian channels, particularly B4U and Zcinema. So I took somebody's advice on here and did a blind scan for Echo 3(61.5). Now the channels have returned Only problem is that the channels have doubled now. So when I'm channel surfing, I have to click twice on the remote for each channel because there are duplicates of most of the channels. Eg: I go up the list and click on B4U and then I click again and I'm still on B4U, and then I click again and I'm onto the next channel, etc, etc. I can't recall the procedure in eliminating this slight problem where I can get rid of the duplicate channels. |

Two days ago when I was inputting keys, I noticed that the other key line (the so called, inactive one) had one number changed. I turned everything off, reinput the inactive key, saved, then turned the key on leaving autoroll off, went back in resaved and everything was fine. If you have not redone the "inactive" key 00 today, it might be worth redoing it. The only other suggestion worth trying is a rescan, if you haven't done so. I hope your neighbour has not hung his/her washing on your dish to dry! |

All I did was tweak the first value (to an invalid one at that) and saved it. And it worked! Go figure. Thanks. BTW, I knew my neighbor hadn't hung stuff up to dry on my dish I usually get one channel (Gol TV - 407/853) to stay up even during outages. I guess DISH does not encrypt that one. |

I tried putting the keys as given below, and it does work for about two minutes after which it goes down giving me a message "Wait for picture". Upon going back to the Nagra vision 2, I see that in key number 1, the 4th key "09" got reverted back to 18 the previous number put in sometime back. Even after pressing the okay button it does not store the number 09. Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that with the more sophisticated receivers and Bins there is sometimes a need for tweaking the "inactive code". Does The One and Minn Rock have any technical information that might throw more light? |
