Pansat 3500 cannot bring up parental control

bill courtois New member Username: Billybeerboy Carthage, Il United states Post Number: 1 Registered: Mar-06	Posted on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 - 00:05 GMT This is my 1st system and I loaded the newest api file to the receiver.I understand I have to use the parental control option to get it to work but it does not allow me to click on it.It shows the file loaded on the screen.Please help!!

No need to have parental controls, if U have NO channels scanned into receiver!
