Problem with some channels on 61.5W Echostar 3 dish

Hello,
I have a Multistar Cooltec Pro receiver and through my 61.5W Echostar 3, i get only half of the channels. Some of them show: "No or bad Signal". The info on one such channel is (as taken from the channel description):
TP: 12.588H 20.000 [i guess, GHz and MS/s ??]
I initially thought it might be transponder issue but since i get half the channels, i am completely confused. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks.
