Hello Everyone, I know all you guys are here super genius. Just a question from you people. If a new channel is introduced by dish network. How would we receive the channel on FTA. Do we have to do the satellite scan agina. Also, I think that 110, 119, and 121 they work on KU band and there are some channels on C band as well. Will I receive those channels. Because when I went to Lyngsat, and you click on EchoStar 9/IA 13, you get all the channels. Because they lised C band channels as well. Please advise. All your help will be much appreciated. Again, I thank you for all those people for writing the response for this question.
U can't get C band without the right BIG UGLY dish 5ft or more..and 121 sat needs a 30 inch dish and linear LNB and 110-119 uses a circular LNB..any new channel depending upon what frequency and transponder it is placed on,could be scanned and received..
