You need to get the ird back to North American TV standards (NTSC) Depending on whether pressing the Menu Button takes you to the Language Selection screen or not, one of these methods should get you back into NTSC mode.
If the Menu Screen DOESN'T give you the language option Turn on the receiver. Press the "Menu" button. Press "Down" button twice. Press "OK" button. Press left or right arrow button until you get back to NTSC (screen stops rolling). Press "OK" button.
If the Menu Screen gives you the language option Press "Menu." Press "OK." Press the down arrow twice. Press the left or right arrow until you get back to NTSC. Press "OK."
If the Menu Screen gives you password option (Al7bar 2.23) Press "Menu." Type "1668". Press "OK." Press the down arrow twice. Press "OK." Press the left or right arrow until you get back to NTSC. Press "OK." You should be good to go now
