What size of dish do you use to get BEV, I got Fortec Star 31"(80cm)dish in Boston, on roof, clear view, with Single Digital Universal KU 0.4dB LNBF, set for +/- Az=208 Elv=38 I got a satellite finder "SF95" I can't get signal
Can I use Dish500 (smaller, but better setup scale) Any suggestions

you need a new lnb like the invacom dual lnb so you can get both circular and linear polarities. the 31 dish is fine. dsh uses circular polarity while fta uses linear. with a good lnb and bin you will have what you need.
