hi there, am sorry but am kinda new, i am tryng to upload my new bin to my coolsat5000 , but the bin file .stb cannot open with any program. can u help please and tell me if there is a special program that will allow me to open the . stb file so that i can upload it to the reciever, thanks

Norw_114.stb file is not an 'openable' file. It is used in conjunction with Coolsat5000 Pro Loader v.2.2. Open the pro loader program, click 'Software', browse to where you have the *.stb file saved and click open. Click AutoDetect.
LOL (not at you though), but a few days ago I had the same question. If you don't have the pro loader program, try doing a google search (pro loader 2.2).
