Hello to all First off, hats off to all these experts for their invaluable help and contribution ...(drum roll....) My cools*at 4000 has also stopped working as of yesterday, Feb 3rd. I had the autoroll sw , which would sometimes latch on for just about 5 minutes and then disappear.
I have now installed the older SW version without the autoroll...and now the image does not even appear even momentarily! I have tried the keys as suggested in the threads.
