I just connected my new HDMI cable to my HDMI cable box and Toshiba 46hm95. I now have some picture issues. I have a fantastic picture on most of the HD programming stations however a very shaky picture that cuts completely out when I am on non-HD programming. There is also a good 4-5 second delay before the picture displays. I did not experience this with my old componet cables. What should I do to resolve? All help is much appreciated..Thanks!
