I have a new Motorola "silver" HD box. If I buy a Motorola 6412 DVR off Ebay and hook it up, will I get my current programming from Comcast (Atlanta)? If not will they let me use it if I register it? is the programming "over the wire", or in the box? If it's in the box can it be programmed to work? lastly, do they both share the same remote. the one I'm bidding on does not have a remote, can I use my existing one. it has recording buttons. thanks.
