Directv Tivo hookup, is there a splitter available?

Im having a new house built, and I am only getting 6 cable outlets installed. If I were to want to use a Tivo receiver (or even Directv's new DVR when it becomes avail) on all 3 Tv's, would I definitely need 2 cable outlets for each TV, or is there some sort of splitter I can use to split the cable right before the reciever? I would rather have 6 outlets in 6 different rooms for future use, but if I have to, i guess it may be 2 to a room for now.

If you are using dish or directv you will need a dedicated line for each receiver. You only need 2 lines in a room if you are using a 2 tuner receiver.

I have a hitachi ultra vision 64 inch. It show 3 pip on the right side but they just keep fliping channels. It won't let me change them or stay put.
