If I used HDMI to connect DVD player/Receiver or HD box to plasma HDTV, can I still use Optical/Digial audio output on DVD player/HD box to send audio signal to Receiver? |

Make sure you have the audio setting set correctly on the DVD player so if goes through the Optical/Digial audio cable, not the HDMI. Remember when doing it this way HDMI will have no sound. Felix |
