It was supposed to be out in Summer of '03, then in Fall of '03, then end of '03. Finally, the spec. appeared in the DishNetwork website but it claimed that they are only available from its dealers. Called my of its dealers locally. No one seemed to even have seen it. So is this box out or not. There are people selling them in e-bay (with a 50% mark up). Are these official releases? I wonder even if I got one, are there any trained people to install it?
