In-Wall Surround Sound Speaker Setup

I am in the mist of an almost whole house remodel. Finished rough-in wiring including audio and speaker wiring. I have a seperate hub which I will run my entire house audio utilizing my misc audio components and new ceiling and outdoor speakers.
Opinions on this.....
My biggest issue at the moment is the speakers for my ht setup. I currently have been using a 100w subwoofer, 2 Optimus Sat for fronts, Klh package of front and two rears. Receiver is an older Sony Prologic which is geting relegated to the "audio hub".
Since the objective of my interior deign is streamline and clutter free I am thinking on wall speakers for my front and rears but not sure about center channel. Research has told me its best close to tv which is where I have always used it.
Any opinions on this? I know optimal ht is using matching speakers. But, could I use wall speakers that match out at 80w with the 100w sub?
By the way, my room is only 10x10.
Thanks for any advise.
