Sound and Picture not in sync

dmen Unregistered guest	Posted on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 - 01:57 GMT I have a Samsumg 43 inch DLP connected to DVD with RCA jacks for sound and component cables for video. The sound plays moments earlier before the picture shows up. So the lips are moving after dialouge stops in a movie.
