Does choosing the polarity of the rear/side speakers depend on the presence or lack of a rear centre channel in a 6.1 set up?
I have a Marantz sr5300 with Mission M73i fronts and the matching M7C1 centre. It is my hope to eventually purchase the M7C2 front and move the c1 to the rear, but am not sure what to do for the rear surround speakers (which I have not purchased yet).
The basic question is will a smaller bookshelf pair (ie. M71i's) work as rear speakers or will dipolar/bipolar speakers produce better surround sound?
