Hi there, I a real novice to this, I have a pioneer amplifier that has THX surround-sound certification, and the other DTS, pro-logic etc. I have had it a while, but now what to get some speakers for the unit, what are the best options, or what should I be looking for in surround speakers.
I thought I saw this on another thread, but let me ask the question again...what is your budget and room size? Determining your budget will get us a better idea of what your options could be. Do you want surround sound or stereo??

My room size is a fairly bigish room,I am not sure of the exact dimentions, and the budget is atougher one, 500-700 for the speakers I guess.
You can buy used in different places on the internet. There is also Klipsch Quintet and Athena Micra 6. You can also try the Home theater speaker set from a company called Fluance.
