When we talk about "subwoofer is fast ...", what does this mean? Thanks a lot!

Ususally that means that the woofer doesn't "ring" or "overhang". Those sounds will cause a grungy, blurry, boomy sound. A "fast" woofer will hit you hard and make you think the air is being knocked out of your lungs and then completely disapear.
