Thiel speakers for my home theatre

Fifteen years ago I purchased a pair of Theil speakers (CS2)that are in perfect condition. I am now installing a home theatre in my basement and I am considering using these speakers. I would need to purchase the Thiel SCS3 speaker for the center channel. It's a bit pricey and I want to make sure that the investment is worth the bucks. The rear speakers I'm considering is the Speakercraft AIM8-two and the receives I'm considering are the Denon 3805 or Marantz 7400. I'm not an audiophile, however I want good sound. Am I foolish to use my 15 year old speakers or should I consider a new surround system. I would like to keep the speaker investment under $2K. What would be a good subwoofer choice with the speakers mentioned the Thiel subwoofer is a bit out of my budget.

All your speakers should be the same drivers, do not mix brands
