I was wondering if anyone has used a bass guitar amp as the sub on their home theater system? I have an older JBL JSR400 "home theater in a box" system that is OK, but I was wondering what (if any) difference it would make using a bass amp as the sub. Is the output too high to go directly into the amp? I have an -10dB input but I'm not sure if that will attenuate it enough and I don't want to damage anything.
