Hi, I just bought a new Samsung HL-P4663W and i'm having difficulty connecting it to my Zenith DVB 211 DVD player using component cables. Whenever I connect it, it says no signal yet I still get audio and it's connected exactly the way the manuals describe. I currently have it connected with just basic RCA cables, but i'd really like to take advantage of my new tv. Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Have you gone into the setup or menu of the Zenith DVD and set it for 16.9 format? While a DVD is playing, have you switched over to Component 2 input to see if it's detected there?

Make sure that the output is set for progressive. Some sets will not output interlaced signals through the component connection.
