Im getting a no or bad signal message on my colsat 5000. I know for sure theres nothing wrong with the dish and cable running to the reciever. Could that message be coming up because the channels are down???
NO, it could be bad weather or something did broke between the receiver and the LNB. Check the rear input form the receiver. Move the cable around while watching the signal level. Check the switch configuration. make sure everything is OK. Are you receiving signal form other transponders?
