I have a Dishpro 500 with TWIN LNBs ( 1 for echostar 8/10 the other for echostar 7) Everything worked fine without a switch. I did do the INF hack to change all the transponders to VERTICAL since dishpro doesnt like horizontal. However now that I've installed the switch I am missing alot of channels on ech7. It seems like im missing all the transponders in the 13000 mhz range. Is the switch at fault ? On its description it says rated 900-24000mhz, ANTSW1 2 X 1. Thanks in advance!

DishPro Twin LNBF has a built in switch. Go here and read a little to understand how they work.

I don't see how there is a built in switch? The Dishpro twin I am using is 2 LNBs side to side. Each one has a connector for a coax cable. Before I had the switch I would run the coax from my dvb card to either LNB.

- You don't need a switch
- One wire from either output of LNB to each receiver
- You still have to assign each Sat to DISEqC
119 to port-1
110 to port-2
Chan Scan Sat
and you ready to do business
