I have a Pioneer Recevier Quite New work amazing and it says it does DTS, Does the dvd have to be encoded with dts or should i just be abel to switch it? thanks For any replys!
the DVD has to be encoded with DTS, it will say it on the disk or disk case. Not all DVD's are DTS; most are not.
Most DVD players automatically default to Dolby Digital. For most DVD players you must enter setup or language selection, etc., and select DTS 5.1 to change it's out put .
