Eight-source, Eight-Zone Audio Distribution Amplifier and Controller Wins Top Honor in Audio Systems/Distribution Category

The Audioholics Consumer Excellence Awards recognize the most advanced and forward-thinking products in crucial consumer electronics categories. The MRAUDIO8X8CTL allows the control and distribution of eight separate source components to eight different zones and has the capacity to expand to up to sixteen zones of control and distribution. It allows control of source components through both RS232 and IR. Additional control features such as Intelligent Power Management ensures the source components are always in an active state and ready to receive commands. Routable IR ports and macro functions are easily programmed using the new Universal Dragon 2.1 software.
A wide variety of keypad choices make it easy to personalize the MRAUDIO8X8CTL system to suit the needs of end users: SPLCD 3.9″ and 6.4″ touch-screens for the ultimate in customizable control and presentation, the standard MRC88 keypads provides common control and information on an LCD screen while housed in an attractive, dual-gang friendly housing, and an option to use a basic LC8 keypads for control at an affordable price.
MRAUDIO8X8CTL installation is now even easier with the new Quick Start manual. The Quick Start manual will answer wiring questions and provide the basic steps to get the MRAUDIO8X8CTL setup and running. Rather than showing a large diagram with multiple ‘spaghetti’ cables lines, the Quick Start manual breaks down the diagrams into easier to understand steps and offers tips for a hassle-free installation.
