This service is especially relevant for sales person on move who wants to email a document to the client instantly. The sales person can SMS on a 10 digit virtual number with a predefined code for the document along with the email id of the person and the service will automatically send the document.
The service is also relevant for inbound call centers which deal in order processing. Sales team can send the order details over SMS and the call centre people can receive the email based on the business logic associated with the order.
