TEAC has announced the Reference 500 Series CR-H500DNT, a fully featured, upmarket music system delivering a class-leading performance. Alongside top-notch CD replay is DAB/DAB+ and AM/FM radio reception, plus Internet Radio and Network Audio via built-in wi-fi, wrapped in a package with 40W per channel amplification, sophisticated styling and build quality akin to the award-winning TEAC Reference 600 components.
The CR-H500DNT also includes ‘USB Record & Play’ — as well as decoding MP3 and WMA files from CD-R/RW discs or external devices connected via the USB socket, it can encode to MP3, too. Thus, the user can convert CDs and radio programmes to MP3 and ‘record’ them to an MP3 player or USB flash memory drive.
