Clearwater, Fl., May 2007 — Stinger, AAMP of America’s high performance car audio accessories division, announced today that its full line of PRO Interconnects is now shipping. Completely redesigned, the all-new PRO line combines bold looks, retail-friendly packaging, and unparalleled audio performance for Stinger’s most versatile and complete line of interconnects ever.
The line features three levels of interconnects–PRO1, PRO2, and PRO3–in lengths ranging from 1.5 to 20 feet. The PRO1 and PRO2 Levels include 2-channel Audio interconnects, and the PRO3 Level contains 2, 4, and 6 channel Audio/Video, Video, and 3.5 to RCA interconnects.
To determine these levels, the interconnects are rated based on their noise reduction, sound quality, and construction. Using instructive iconography, the ratings are color-coded on the front of every PRO package, along with bullets that highlight specific product features. The result is a strong, uniform, retail-friendly look and feel that helps organize the line by overall performance–giving consumers a quick and easy way to locate the type of interconnect they need.
The new PRO interconnects are designed with the same quality and innovation that have made Stinger the industry-leader in high-performance car audio accessories for almost two decades. All three lines boast Shoc-Krome RCA tips and Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) conductors with no soldering points for a strong, reliable connection every time.
Specifically, the PRO1 Series offers a stylish, value-driven cable with two-color RCA bodies and a flexible 4mm smoke-colored jacket. The PRO2 Series goes one step further, using a dual twisted-pair construction to deliver outstanding noise rejection. Both clear and black conductors with increased copper and tighter twisting provide a stylish design that rejects interference for superb clarity.
The crowning achievement of the PRO line is the PRO3 Series, featuring a directional six-signal cable with a high twist that boasts the most copper and tightest braiding of all the PRO lines. PRO3 conductors retain signal integrity and ensure a superior connection while eliminating ground loop noise completely.
The compact, dual molded plastic ends and flat, low-profile multi-channel cables in the PRO3 Series also make for easy installs in the tightest spaces. These cables feature a unique splitter assembly with labeled stoppers that allows the splitters to be cut and the interconnects neatly customized. This assembly also saves valuable install time by making the conductors easily identifiable.
