Sony announced the Bloggie Sport (MHS-TS22), a waterproof and shockproof pocket video camcorder. It is waterproof in up to 16 feet of water (for an hour) realizing high-quality video and photos while submerged. The 2.7-inch touch-screen LCD even works underwater for easy operation when recording “can’t miss” moments in full high definition (1920×1080) MP4 video and 5-megapixel still photos. The Bloggie Sport camera also has an “Underwater Mode” which adjusts the white balance for underwater conditions to make colors appear natural.
The compact shockproof camera is durable enough to withstand an accidental drop from up to approximately 5 feet. Its dustproof design makes the Bloggie Sport camera suitable for just about any situation and allows users to document their adventures without any stress. The Bloggie Sport camera also has a built-in LED light and comes in three fun colors — blue, black and red.
