The new 1T-C2-400 PC/HD Scaler is based on TV One’s exclusive CORIO2 technology and provides bi-directional, high-quality conversion between Computer and HDTV signals. Up-Scaling and Down-scaling of PC to PC or HDTV to HDTV is also supported within this one compact unit
The RGB/YPbPr input and output via HD-15 connectors support virtually any computer resolution up to 2048 x 2048 at any vertical refresh rate and all HDTV resolutions up to 1080p. The wide variety of computer signal formats available support PC, MAC and Workstation formats as well as analog HDTV Display devices. The automatic incoming resolution detection helps to simplify the control for the user and an On-Screen Display is available to assist in the set up.
All of the functions can be controlled via the front panel push buttons, an Infrared Remote Control or via an RS-232 connection. A Windows Control Panel is provided and like the entire range of C2 products from TV One, many third party control systems interface directly with the 1T-C2-400. Variable Zoom to 10X allows the user to enlarge any part of the image to fill the entire screen and the full bandwidth chroma sampling ensures faithfully reproduced, high resolution colours.
Like all C2 products from TV One, the 1T-C2-400 is powered by TV One’s own proprietary technology known as CORIO2, the most flexible video processing engine now available that is completely firmware based. This means that the unit can be upgraded at any time by downloading the latest firmware version from the support website. This enables new features to be added to the unit many years after the initial purchase. This “obsolescence insurance” means that the 1T-C2-400 product can always be upgraded to the latest version available.
