EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN. — December 20, 2005 — As a part of Remote Technologies Inc.’s (RTI)
Advanced Control University program and the company’s continuing effort to create training tools that are easy and convenient for dealers to access, a new series of training videos is now available online. With over three hours of video support for the new TheaterTouch Designer 4.0 software, the online instruction videos provide RTI dealers the convenience of point-and-click tutorials wherever they have access to the Internet. The Advanced Control University program represents RTI’s effort to give custom installers the edge in delivering powerful and easy-to-use whole-house control systems, and one intuitive software program is all that’s required to program all of RTI’s products.

“With the addition of the online educational videos for our TheaterTouch Designer Software, we’re making it even easier for our dealer network to access the very best in control solutions,” stated Pete Baker, director of worldwide sales for RTI. “At RTI, we take great pride in our software, which has evolved over the past decade to become the most intuitive, flexible, and powerful control system programming interface available to custom installation dealers. And now, dealers can get instant and complete tutorial support by simply clicking onto our website and accessing the instructional videos. This is another demonstration of our commitment to provide CEDIA installers with not only the very best controls solutions, but the proper tools and training to maximize their performance.”

The new TheaterTouch Designer software support videos are comprised of over three hours of narrated content. The training videos give an overview of the entire RTI product lineup and walk through programming procedures for all of the RTI products. The videos can be viewed directly from the RTI website at the dealer’s convenience. The informative videos are part of RTI Advanced Control University’s continuing effort to create training tools that are easy and convenient for dealers to access.

The new training videos are now available online. Installers can simply log on at www.rticorp.com/dealers and follow the viewing instructions.
