Pro-Ject USA has released two special, limited edition commemorative turntables – the Essential III – Sgt. Pepper’s Drum and the 2Xperience SB – Sgt. Pepper in celebration of The Beatles’ eighth studio album, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, released on May 26th, 1967. Today marks the 54th anniversary of the iconic album.
This special edition collaboration between Pro-Ject Audio Systems and The Beatles was inspired by the iconic Beatles album, offering fans the opportunity to showcase their beloved record in a unique, high-performance setting in the 2Xperience SB or Essential III – both upgraded and updated to honor the legendary record. The more expensive 2Xperience SB – Sgt. Pepper Turntable will be harder to find. Only one thousand units will be made, with less than 100 available in the U.S.
