Polk Audio Signa S4 Soundbar and Wireless Subwoofer Lifestyle

What the Polk Audio Signa S4 Offers

Product Design: The Signa S4 fits below most TVs without obstructing the screen. It can also be wall-mounted with the purchase of an additional wall-mounting kit.

Soundbar Dimensions (W x D x H): 41.2 x 3.7 x 2.4 inches (1046 x 95 x 60mm)

Speaker Complement: The soundbar houses five horizontal facing speakers and two vertically firing speakers for a total of seven.

Dolby Atmos: The Signa S4’s two upward-firing speakers deliver Dolby Atmos height channels that create overhead sound, for experiencing Dolby Atmos-encoded movies, immersive Dolby Atmos music, or gaming. The Signa S4 can also up-mix non-Atmos rendering height, surround, and center channels to create a virtual Atmos experience.

VoiceAdjust™: The dedicated center channel speaker in the Signa S4 is paired with Polk’s patented VoiceAdjust™technology. Using this feature improves dialogue presence without affecting the other channels. This is great for improved listening with movies, and sporting events, and when viewing at lower volumes, such as nighttime.

Wireless Subwoofer: The Signa S4 includes a ported down-firing wireless subwoofer with a 6-inch driver. The subwoofer connects wirelessly to the sound bar automatically on start-up and can be conveniently placed nearly anywhere in the room (within 33ft/10m where bass response is best.

Bass Adjust: For added bass flexibility the Signa S4 includes the Bass Adjust feature. This controls the low-frequency output on both the sound bar and subwoofer, generating an optimized blend and maximum impact at any desired level.

Sound Modes: In addition to VoiceAdjust and Bass Adjust, the Signa S4 also provides Sound Mode/EQ presets for Movie, Music, and Night Listening (Night Mode). The Night Mode automatically attenuates bass output and dialogue clarity to avoid disturbing sleeping neighbors or family members during late-night binge-watching sessions.

Setup: The Signa S4 is easy to set up and use. With the included HDMI or optical cable (or aux-in for older TVs), the sound bar is ready to deliver a satisfying listening experience with even the latest 8K Ultra-HD TVs. Built-in HDMI eARC can pass through eight channels of uncompressed audio, delivering sonic excellence.
